Women of the New Earth: Mastering Self, Being the Change

Reconnecting to purpose, intuition, and relational leadership, without sacrificing your time, energy and health

My heart feels so full, to be sharing about feminine leadership and what that gets to look like in 2026.

In the replay we shared…

  • A different way of understanding healing and fulfilment, one that doesn’t ask you to do more, try harder, or fix yourself, but invites you to question what you may have been carrying that was never truly yours.
  • A quieter, more embodied approach to leadership, rooted in intuition, relationship, and inner authority and what becomes possible when you stop sacrificing your health, energy, and time to lead.
  • An honest exploration of why so many capable, heart led women feel exhausted, undervalued, or stuck inside systems that don’t honour their bodies or values and why this experience is far more common than you may realise.
  • A deeper conversation about sisterhood, the lone wolf pattern many women fall into, the subtle mistrust we’ve inherited, and what begins to shift when women are held, witnessed, and supported together.

🌿 What’s unfolding this week

Wednesday – 2:00 - 2.45 pm

Guided meditation (25 mins).

Those who wish to stay on are warmly invited into a sharing circle, gently held by Katherine.

Thursday & Friday – 2:00 - 3.00pm

Teaching and group coaching sessions where you can experience the power of being held and coached in a group container.

If you don’t wish to be coached, you’re very welcome to listen and receive insight from the questions others bring.

Some of our guest experts will also be joining us.

This is a beautiful moment to be supported, as we come to the close of the Year of the Snake and gently begin to turn towards Imbolc and the energy of the Year of the Horse.
